Terms of consent to receive advertising and promotional messaging via telecommunication networks

I consent, unless I state otherwise when submitting a request, to receiving advertising and promotional messaging via telecommunication networks — including telephone, fax, mobile radio telephone, SMS and messenger messages — from Legend Production Center LLC, OGRN 1267700069108, address: Moscow, Oktyabrskaya St. 69, suite 8 (hereinafter the Studio), and its partners.

Advertising and promotional messaging are intended to attract attention and to form or maintain interest in the products and services of the Studio and its partners.

I acknowledge that giving this consent is my right, is voluntary, and is not a mandatory condition for processing a callback request or for the Studio providing services.

Refusing advertising and promotional messaging is not grounds for refusing a callback, consultation or services.

I acknowledge that I may opt out of advertising and promotional messaging via telecommunication networks:

• when submitting a request — by ticking the advertising opt-out checkbox;
• at any time after submitting a request — by calling +7 995 897 75 75 or emailing partner@studiioai.com.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the moment it is given until I withdraw it.

I consent to receiving advertising and promotional messaging via telecommunication networks from the Studio and its partners.
